Reception.ai is a phone receptionist that answers, takes the question, and books the appointment while the caller is still on the line. Paste a website URL, get a number, set hours and calendars. The homepage has a live voice agent you can start from the page. It speaks 70+ languages and writes the booking into Google Calendar or its own calendar. A 14-day trial needs no card. After that, Basic is $29 a month for 75 phone minutes, Plus $79 for 275 minutes, Premium $199 for 1,000. Overage is $0.45 to $0.30 a minute depending on the plan. It will not stand at the door or handle walk-ins. Skip it if you already pick up every call, or if a $29 answering service is the whole job and you do not need booking.

This is ElevenAgents in a small-business costume, and that is the useful part. We already list ElevenLabs for voices. Reception is the other job: the plumber, the clinic, the salon that loses the booking to voicemail at 6:15. The live page is a receptionist pitch with a voice you can start, industry tabs from home services to hospitality, and pricing that is actually printed — $29, $79, $199 — instead of "contact sales" for the first three plans.
Treat the enterprise case studies as ElevenAgents, not as proof that a $29 plan will cover a 50-location brand. Minutes run out. Overage is real. If your problem is a human at reception who also greets people and carries boxes, this is the wrong hire. If your problem is the missed call, it is the right tab.
Best for small offices that already live in a calendar and lose work after hours. Skip it if you need a person on site, or if you only wanted a nicer hold message.
