Because it's a real browser, the companions can work on pages behind your logins, like LinkedIn, HubSpot, and Gmail. Strawberry says passwords, cookies, and history stay on your machine, and you set permissions per app and per action. It also transcribes Zoom, Teams, and Meet calls without a bot joining. Browsing is free. Companion work costs credits: 500 a month free, then $20 for 6,000, up to $250 for 75,000.

Mycel is for people who deliver the same kind of client work every month, like a month-end close, a proposal or a listing audit. Upload one past example and it drafts the next one for each client. Nothing goes to a client until you approve it. You also see which invoices need chasing, plus a chart of how much of each draft you still end up rewriting, which is a refreshingly honest number for a tool to show you. Setting it up takes about an afternoon: describe the service, upload one file and give it this week's work. The hosted Starter plan is $299 a month after a seven-day free trial. If you'd rather host it yourself, it's free and open source under Apache-2.0, as long as you bring your own model key. It's not worth it for one-off projects, or if $299 is more than a client pays you each month.

Ferndesk is a help center with an AI agent called Fern that keeps every article in line with your product. It's built for SaaS teams that ship faster than they can update their docs. You import your existing help center, and Fern checks each article against your codebase, support tickets, videos and changelogs. It screens every pull request, flags what changed, drafts the fixes and writes the articles that are missing. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

Nuvio does the money admin for small businesses: invoices, receipts, and matching bank payments to both. Send an invoice and it chases late payers by itself. Snap a receipt and it's scanned and categorized. Connect the bank and the reconciliation lines up each transaction with the invoice or expense it belongs to, then shows what's paid, what's outstanding, and a cash-flow forecast. Version 5.0 opens the books to the assistant you already use. Nuvio's own AI answers plain questions about your numbers, and ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok can connect to create invoices, add expenses, and reconcile payments, limited to whatever your role allows. Every change shows a preview first and waits for your confirmation. Nuvio can also match you with an accountant for bookkeeping and tax filing, with the scope depending on your country. There's a 14-day trial with no card, and prices aren't published on the site.
