Upload audio or video, review a speaker-labeled transcript, edit the lines, then recast the read with 56 catalog voices — 26 on every plan, 30 premium on paid. Export MP3, WAV, and timed SRT. The homepage runs a live two-speaker demo with no account. Transcription itself starts after sign-in. Free is 25,000 characters a month with a spoken outro. Creator is $7 a month after 14 free days (~3 hours of audio). Channel is $15. Pro is $39 from day one. It will not clone a real person and it will not mux the new audio back onto your video. Skip it if you need someone's actual voice, or if ElevenLabs' clone-and-design path is the whole job.

ElevenLabs is already in this catalog. It is the tool if you want to design or clone a voice. ToneCraft is the other job: you already have a rough take, a Zoom, an old lesson, and you need a clean read plus captions without impersonating anyone. The homepage is unusually straight. "Catalog voices only · No cloning" sits in the hero. Pricing is printed. A two-speaker demo plays without an account.
The comparison table against ElevenLabs and Murf is theirs, dated 13 July 2026, and uses their own characters-per-hour rule. Do not treat "$2.33 per hour" as our measurement. Do treat $7 a month as the number a visitor actually hits. Transcription wants a login. Video captions are beta and cap at five minutes per clip. If you need lip-sync or a cloned founder voice, this is the wrong tab on purpose.
Best for teachers, course makers, and people turning a voice memo into narration. Skip it if cloning is the point, if you need the audio laid back onto the video, or if you only wanted CastReader to read an article aloud.
