Widgo adds a sales assistant to your website that answers visitors using your own pages and documents. You install it with one line of code. It reads your site, drafts a knowledge base for you to approve, and then answers in the visitor's language, showing where each answer came from. While it chats, it figures out who's asking (person, company, role), scores the lead from 0 to 100 with a reason, and can book a meeting into a real slot on your calendar. You get an inbox of conversations, a replay of each visit, and a Slack or Teams alert when someone looks ready to buy. The free plan covers 500 visitors a month on one website with no card, and includes visitor identification, scoring, replays and Cal.com booking. Growth is $249 a month for 2,000 visitors and adds HubSpot, Attio or Close sync. It only answers from content you've approved.

Meeting.ai takes a meeting and turns it into the document you'd otherwise make afterwards. Paste a Google Meet, Zoom or Teams link and a bot joins the call. For meetings in a room, record in the browser or the phone app. You get the transcript, the minutes, and a one-page Visual Note of what was decided. Ask it to turn this morning's stand-up into notes and action items and that's what you get. From the same thread you can make the follow-up, like a campaign review, an investor update or notes from a contract negotiation, exported as PowerPoint, Word, Excel or PDF. Intern is €28.50 a month for about 16 hours of online meetings. Manager is €47.50 for about 27 hours with a stronger model, and Director is €66.50 with unlimited in-person notes. Each revision costs coins again, so changes add up.

Hark is a personal AI assistant that handles everyday errands for you: booking travel, ordering food, paying bills, scheduling appointments and doing research. It's for busy people who want to hand those chores to an assistant and only step in to approve. You connect your email, calendar and online accounts, and the home screen fills with action cards, such as a bill to pay, an appointment to book or an expense to approve, each of which you can approve with one tap. For jobs that need the web, a cloud agent called Handoff opens a browser, does the work and shows you each step as it goes. Payments still need your confirmation, and saved logins and payment details are end-to-end encrypted.
